Technically looks impressive, especially colors (that "soft" feeling)!
I think, your works just doesn't match their vision of Cyberpunk. Yours have more post apocalyptic vibe, with a little bit stylized touches.

I mean, its not because of the quality of your work - it looks great! It`s just something more difficult.
